No. Your customers, equipment, inspections, photos and signatures are stored only on your device; we do not receive them and cannot see them. To sign in you use your Google or Apple account, from which we only receive your email.
Yes: you can do inspections and generate reports without internet. A connection is only needed to sign in, check the subscription and for invitation codes.
The app is in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. In addition, each customer has their own report language, so you can hand over the PDF in whichever language they need.
In Settings → Business details: name, tax ID, address, phone, email and logo. They appear in the header of all your reports.
Yes. With the “+” button on Home you create a manual inspection: you pick the equipment and the date and mark it as “added manually”, so it stays in the history without changing the date of the next scheduled inspection.
